Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different style, color, or size, you may place a new order after completing the return process.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. After an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
